Course Comments: Lovington Country Club opened in 1953 as a 9 hole facility. The original 9 holes was designed by Warren Cantrell. An additional 9 holes, designed by George Williams, was opened in 2003. PGA Golf Professional Marty Ivie has managed the facility since 1996. He maintains a fully stocked golf shop and offers lessons by appointment. This facility has continued to make improvements. The golf course offers beautiful scenery including a fountain off the number 1 tee, as well as water coming into play on 5 holes. A classic old style golf course and club. What a fun golf course
