Golf Card International is proud to announce a new partnership with Golfnet to be able to offer our members an approved USGA Handicap through an authorized club. Golf Card International had created a very sophisticated handicap system but the numbers used to calculate the formula were owned by the USGA. We decided to partner with the only authorized online USGA Handicap system to bring our members more value.

Don't worry about the scores we have been asking you to input and the courses because we have already transferred that data to Golfnet. Once you login to your account on Golf Card's site, click the handicap button; you will be re-directed to Golf Card's new handicap page powered by Golfnet. You only have to login on our site. Once you have done that you will automatically be logged in on the handicap page.

Rules School - Player Hits Hole-n-One and Doesn't Realize It

Situation: At a par-3 hole, a player, believing his original ball may be lost, plays a provisional ball. He searches five minutes for the original ball and then plays the provisional ball onto the green. At that point, the original ball is found in the hole. What is the ruling?

Rule: Rule: 1-1 The player's score is 1. The play of the hole was completed when the player holed the original ball.

Member's Tee- Learn How To Bump And Run

What is the best method for bump and run?

The goal here is to get the ball on the green and rolling as quickly as possible. When you are situated on the fringe near the green you will want to pull a lower lofted club such as a 9 iron. Take your normal putting stroke with the club and practice distance control. Once you learn distance control, you will start to lower your score.
